KELLY: "Well, Chris, we Can put pressure on the Israeli ambassador to the us and Netanyahu and other government officials. Let me tell you what I’ve been doing over the last week or so. Is trying to, you know, figure out where the food aid is. There’s a couple companies here in the United States, one in Rhode Island, I think the other is in Georgia that has what’s called rutf, which is a food mixture in a pouch. By my staff’s calculation here, there’s about 84 million of these pouches. Now, some in my in my conversations with the secretary of state, you know, some of these are held back for, you know, possible future disasters. But so I am trying to sort out where is the food aid, who needs it? Is it unicef or the world food program? I’ve been on the phone with Cindy McCain about this over the last several days and texting with her, trying to figure out where it is and where it needs to go to relieve some of this malnutrition and starvation. That’s not only happening in Gaza, but the sudan, Afghanistan and other places."
