KELLY: "Yeah. That’s what we call, we use that operationally in the military. I know exactly what you’re getting at. You don’t even have to say it. Okay. He’s referring to Minneapolis as like a war zone.  An area of conflict. It’s reprehensible that he’s referring to American cities and American citizens. We just extend that to the next logical thing that’s in his head, that those people that live in Minneapolis are somehow the enemy. They’re not the enemy. They’re U.S. citizens. It is. I hadn’t seen this until just now. Oh it is. It’s objectionable that he would say something like that about a U.S. city."
