Geraldo Rivera wants to slap around the inventor behind electric shock gloves that ICE is dropping as much as $20 million on.
Rivera shared his blunt views of ICE’s use of the technology while speaking with NewsNation’s Connell McShane on Wednesday evening. It was revealed in an ICE notice that $10-20 million is being spent on a device known as CTG 5 G.L.O.V.E. (standing for Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter), gloves that can be turned on and off to give an electric shock.
