Credit card late fees capped at $8 a month for Bank of America, Capital One, Citibank, Chase and others in fresh Biden crackdown on junk fees

Banks will only be able to charge customers a maximum of $8 each time they miss a monthly credit card payment under a new rule announced on Tuesday.
