NYC Judge tosses summons for former ‘The Bear’ writer handcuffed in Metro-North train seating dispute

A New York City judge has dismissed a civil summons against ex-writer for FX’s hit show “The Bear,” Alex O’Keefe, 31, who was forcibly removed from a Metro-North train in handcuffs after getting into a dispute for sitting on a train.
