Serial creep on the loose in Texas kicked pregnant woman in the stomach causing her to miscarry

"Clearly, this is somebody who is a repeat offender and, because of that, he is a threat. I hope they are able to find him, and this is one step closer to doing that," one victim told FOX 26.
