Trump: Homan to MN, Bovino heads home, eerie audio recording released in plane crash investigation

President Trump has sent border czar Tom Homan to Minneapolis as Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino and some of his agents leave town. New audio recordings prompt new questions as investigators try to figure out how a private plane flipped upside down and crashed in Maine.
