Army redirecting millions collected from soldier BAS pay meant for food services elsewhere: report

Hundreds of millions of dollars taken out of U.S. Army soldiers' Basic Allowance for Subsistence (BAS) pay that is meant to help with food costs is being redirected elsewhere, a report found.
