How CTE factors into the NYC mass shooting near the NFL headquarters

New York City Mayor Eric Adams said that the gunman who killed four people at a Midtown office building on Monday was trying to target the NFL headquarters, citing a note apparently left behind by the shooter that investigators said also mentioned CTE, or chronic traumatic encephalopathy.
