Long Island man indicted in strange case of missing teen rescued from boat — but attorney claims ‘lot more of a story’

Francis Buckheit, who was charged with raping and kidnapping a 14-year-old girl by cops, has now been indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury, prosecutors said.
