Rep. Ritchie Torres pushes Hochul to crack down on illegal vapes from China: ‘Direct threat to public health’

Gov. Kathy Hochul needs to ramp up New York enforcement against illegal-flavored cigs or vapes coming from China that end up in the hands of New York's teens, said Bronx Congressman Ritchie Torres.
