Shipping company owner Walter Hass, of Hewitt, used cash that should have gone to the Internal Revenue Service to instead buy luxe rides like Aston Martins and McClarens, high-end watches, designer clothes, vacations, fancy meals, tickets to sporting events and for home renovations, authorities said.
